Jeffrey Glazer - CEOCEO

Jeffrey Glazer

Jeffrey Glazer leads all aspects of operations and strategic direction. He brings to the company more than 35 years of experience building and leading organizations in the software and insurance verticals. Prior to assuming the leadership role at Activer Solutions, Jeffrey was the CEO of Insurity, a software vendor servicing the P&C Insurance Industry. Before Insurity, Jeffrey led the Insurance Division of LexisNexis, a provider of an underwriting engine driven by data, business outsourcing, and data analytics. He began his insurance career at the Hartford Insurance Group where he was the senior officer responsible for the Commercial Property/Casualty Automation Division.

Brian Carignan - COOCOO

Brian Carignan

Brian has served as the Chief Operating Officer for Activer since 2016 and has over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry. He has led many aspects of the insurance and investments industry including operations, claims, budgeting, rebranding and management. Responsibilities at Activer prior to becoming COO have included Project Management, Compliance and Operations. Brian continues to lead the teams at Activer and has been successful in working with internal teams and clients to lead Activer in the next phase of growth.

Krystin Turner - VP Technology ServicesVP Technology Services

Krystin Turner

As Activer’s Vice President of Information Technology Services, Krystin is responsible for managing the technology team as well as creating and maintaining relationships with clients. Krystin is accomplished in implementing IT platforms and third-party vendor solutions. With over 20 years of experience in insurance IT services, Krystin has worked for both carriers and vendors alike, bringing a unique perspective to each implementation. She is PMP certified and brings a decisive, results-oriented approach to managing large-scale projects and ongoing accounts.

Matt Piaseczny - VP Business ServicesVP Business Services

Matt Piaseczny

Matt has served as the Vice President of Business Services since 2016. He joined the Activer Solutions team in 2007 focusing on customer service and insurance business operations. Since joining Activer, Matt has led or managed many aspects of the servicing teams while promoting customer satisfaction, and innovative solutions for agents and insurance carriers nationwide. Matt has over 15 years of experience in the insurance industry starting at the agent level as a servicing and writing P&C agent and agency manager.

Wendy Trudeau - Director of Human ResourcesDirector of Human Resources

Wendy Trudeau

Wendy has over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry including human resources, office management, financial services, legal and AR/AP billing. Wendy holds a MA State producer license and is a member of the Human Resources Management Associates of Central Massachusetts. She began her career with Activer in 2007 and has remained in various leadership and management roles, becoming the Director of Human Resources in May of 2018. Wendy is directly involved with client and vendor implementations, workflows and streamlining processes to create a better customer experience.

Brett Mendenhall - VP Sales & Relationship ManagementVP Sales & Relationship Management

Brett Mendenhall

Brett holds over 26 years of business development, marketing and sales management experience in the technology sector of the insurance and financial services industries. As Vice President, Sales and Relationship Management, Brett directs overall sales objectives and client relationship management for Activer. He leads the Sales and Relationship Management teams to secure new business, expand existing opportunities and ensure clients are receiving the best support and value from Activer. Brett works collaboratively with internal and external client teams to define requirements and deliverables to meet client goals and company needs.
