Jeffrey Glazer - CEOCEO

Jeffrey Glazer

Jeffrey is CEO of Activer Solutions where he leads all aspects of operations and strategic direction. He brings more than 35 years of experience building and leading organizations in the software and insurance verticals. Prior to Activer Solutions, Jeffrey was the founder and CEO of Insurity, a software vendor to the P&C Insurance Industry. Prior to Insurity, Jeffrey led the Insurance Division of LexisNexis Risk Solutions. He began his insurance career at The Hartford where he was the senior officer responsible for the Commercial P&C Automation Division.

Ernie Feirer - CMOCMO

Ernie Feirer

Ernie is the Chief Marketing Officer for Activer Solutions where he oversees the go-forward strategy for all aspects of the company, including sales, marketing, partnerships, and growth initiatives. Feirer has over 25 years of experience in the P&C insurance industry, where he has established and built high growth, profitable businesses. Before joining Activer Solutions, Feirer was Vice President and General Manager, Commercial Insurance, for LexisNexis Risk Solutions, where he was responsible for a portfolio of products and services for the commercial insurance market.

Brian Carignan - COOCOO

Brian Carignan

Brian is the Chief Operating Officer for Activer Solutions. In this role, he oversees all operations supporting our customers. Brian has over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry. He has led many aspects of the insurance and investments industry including operations, claims, and budgeting. Prior to his current role at Activer, Brian has led Project Management, Compliance and Operations. Brian works with internal teams and clients to take Activer Solutions to the next phase of its growth.

Krystin Turner - VP Technology ServicesVP Technology Services

Krystin Turner

As Activer Solutions’ Vice President of Information Technology Services, Krystin is responsible for managing the technology team as well as creating and maintaining relationships with clients. Krystin is accomplished in implementing IT platforms and third-party vendor solutions. With over 20 years of experience in insurance IT services, Krystin has worked for both carriers and vendors alike, bringing a unique perspective to each implementation. Krystin is PMP certified and brings a decisive, results-oriented approach to managing large-scale projects and ongoing accounts.

Matt Piaseczny - VP Business ServicesVP Business Services

Matt Piaseczny

Matt is the Vice President of Business Services for Activer Solutions and oversees all BPO services. Matt joined Activer in 2007 and has been focused on customer service and insurance business operations leading or managing many aspects of the servicing teams while promoting customer satisfaction and innovative solutions for agents and insurance carriers nationwide. Matt has over 15 years of experience in the insurance industry starting at the agent level as a servicing and writing P&C agent and agency manager.

Wendy Trudeau - Director of HRDirector of HR

Wendy Trudeau

Wendy is the Director of Human Resources for Activer Solutions. Wendy has over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry including roles in human resources, office management, financial services, legal and AR/AP billing. Wendy holds a MA State producer license and is a member of the Human Resources Management Associates of Central Massachusetts. Wendy began her career with Activer in 2007 and has remained in various leadership and management roles, becoming the Director of Human Resources in May of 2018.

Rex James - VP Business DevelopmentVP Business Development

Rex James

Rex is Vice President of Business Development for Activer Solutions. Rex is responsible for new business development for our BPO and Technology Services, as well as the development of additional consulting services. During his 35+ year career, Rex has managed development, implementation services, and sales and marketing. His experience includes working for carriers, core solution vendors, and consulting firms.
